Professional Qualifications
My qualifications are exemplary and allow me to integrate well within a synergistic approach to health, including that of mainstream medicine. I am qualified to honours degree status from Middlesex University and The Centre For Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM) which is a leading educator in Nutrition within the UK and has worldwide status. In addition, I have completed a separate qualification in applied psychology which is invaluable when encouraging clients to make diet and lifestyle changes. I am also a contributor to The Nutrition Practitioner journal , supervise student clinics on behalf of CNELM in Scotland and regularly attend postgraduate seminars to ensure that my clients benefit from the most up to date research at all times. Nutritional therapy is a strictly regulated profession and my degree is fully accredited by The Nutritional Therapy Council and as such is recognised by The Department of Health, NHS and other health service providers. As a full member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and as a Nutritional Therapy Council registered practitioner I am bound by a strict code of ethics and practice.
